Healthy Lifestyle

Recommended servings as per the packing insert, is when the product is taken as a whole food source for breakfast. This may be taken as a soft porridge or shake by adding, clean water, any juice or milk. No cooking is required.

When taken as smoothies reduce the amount by 30%, as the fruit will compensate the difference in weight.

When taken as a supplement, reduce the amount by 50% and have as a shake or smoothie. Basically supplementary servings are up to individuals, if you have a little; it is enough, if you have plenty; it is enough.

Caution:

Do not take the product as a whole food or supplement as or with evening meals. This will result in lack of sleep.

Immune Compromised Individuals

Recommended servings as per packing insert are based on clinical trails conduct worldwide and should be followed as recommended.

What is an Immune Compromised Individual? Good question, all individuals get ill, or chronic illness or diseases or infections or a cold and so on; in other words when you are ill, your immune system is compromised. The immune system needs to be protected and modulated and that becomes the function of the main ingredientArthrospira.

For minor illness it is recommended that individuals take the product as a supplement rather than a whole food twice a day after breakfast and lunch. This serving should be 50% of the insert recommendations.

The Geva F 35 / F 36 for adults has a fortification of Arthrospira and can be used for various applications besides having a compromised immune system.

Listed are some of the applications:

Weight loss: Take two scoops twice a day between 06:00 – 09:00, and 15:00 – 17:00 and a moderate salad as an evening meal. You may add meat or chicken to the salad.

Sexuality: Does one need to take viagra? No not when you take this product. Take two scoops as a shake half an hour before the music starts.

Skin Conditioning: Take one scoop twice a day between 06:00 – 09:00, and 15:00 – 17:00 as a supplement.

Diarrhea: Take two scoops twice a day between 06:00 – 09:00, and 15:00 – 17:00 as a supplement

Lack of concentration: Take one scoop twice a day between 06:00 – 09:00, and 15:00 – 17:00 as a supplement.
